Welbilt Announces Organization Changes at Delfield
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Kevin Clark, Chief Executive Officer of Welbilt, Inc., announced two organizational changes at one of its operating companies, The Delfield Company.
Clint Reed, President of Kolpak, will take on complete leadership responsibility for the Delfield brand, in addition to his existing role. Reed formerly served as Controller and as Vice President of Operations and Products at Delfield which will bring success to these two operating companies as he leads them into their next chapter.
Marcy Mathews has been promoted to Senior Vice President Business Development of Delfield. In this new role, Mathews will lead and manage all sales, marketing, and strategic product management functions. Since starting at Delfield in 2003, Mathews has held various leadership roles instrumental in the growth and success of its team and brand.
